1. Privacy policy and access to the application "Ce fil qui nous lie"

By installing and using the application "Ce fil qui nous lie", you agree to the following terms and privacy policy. If you don't agree, do not install or use "Ce fil qui nous lie".

The current privacy policy is effective from March 14, 2017.

We may change this policy from time to time, and if we do we’ll post any changes on this page (and inside the application "Ce fil qui nous lie" as well).
If you continue to use the application "Ce fil qui nous lie" after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy. If the changes are significant, we may provide more prominent notice or get your consent as required by law.

 

2. Data used by the application "Ce fil qui nous lie"

To ensure that the augmented reality functionalities work, the application need to get information from your device.

2.1. Your camera

To be able to add virtual elements on top of the image of your camera, the application needs to access to your camera. This access allows the application to recognize target images that trigger the inclusion of virtual elements (3D models, pictures, sounds, animations...) and to ensure that they are well positioned on the image of your camera.

No image is sent to our server or to a tier server (the image recognition system is embedded in the application).

2.2. Your microphone

To enable some types of interactions with some of the virtual elements, your microphone can be used to detect sound or breath.

No sound is recorder to be sent to our server or to a tier server.

2.3. Your media and usb storage

Within the application, you can save pictures (image from the camera with added virtual elements), theses pictures are saved directly on your device.

The application does not access to your personal media.

No picture or video is sent to our server or to a tier server.

2.4. The network

In the application, some virtual elements might evolve in time, to allow the application to update these virtual elements, the application might need to access our server to gather new elements.

No personal data is sent to our server or to a tier server.
